What's being built
- A infrastructure project: The current Certificate of Title is shown in Attachment A.
- Please refer to Attachment B and Attachment C for diagrams of the proposed site and details of area and structural measurements.
- The development is planned to occur in the following stages: (1) Excavation: Excavation of exisiting lawn at eastern side of house and ""crazy paving"" path.
- (2) Electrical: Installation of underground electrical connection from house to underneath the site where the spa is to be placed such that it can be connected to the spa through the base of the spa structure.
- This will be done by a licensed electrician and as recommended by the supplier.
- (3) Concreting: Laying of a concrete pad · foundation for the spa to be placed on (150 mm thick) and to the surrounding area (100 mm thick) including pathways.
