A commercial project: Upgrade to the existing electrical supply in 27-28 Railway Tce South.
The current power supply is insufficient to include more appliances within my coffee shop or within #28.
I will be installing a reverse cycle unit within both shops.
Removing brickwork that was added to cover up an old arched doorway between the two tenancies.
At one stage there was a doorway between the two shops but it had been bricked in.
Upgrade to plumbing coming into coffee shop · with hot water system to be added at back of shop.
