- A infrastructure project: Proposed Removal of a Regulated Tree at 5 Audley Ave Prospect SA 5082.
- I am the owner of the residential property at 5 Audley Ave Prospect since 1989 and lived there until moving to Sydney in 1994 from which time the property has been tenanted.
- In 1994 I vaguely recall the tree as being young self-seeded with height · circumference maybe 2 meters · 300mm respectively.
- The tree is located close to the western boundary of the adjoining property (No.7) and 4.85 meters from a bedroom located on the south-west face of the exiting residence.
- My intention for applying for the tree removal is my concern over the risk of damage to property and · or life should a failure of the tree or a branch occur.
