- A commercial project: This is a shop fitout.
- The proposal was advised by Raven Design Concepts (Rob Raven) and Robert Samson of Sagero Structural Engineers Adelaide who inspected the site and internal walls and jointly advised that the internal walls were partition walls only · non load bearing and so the project was a shop fitout only · not requiring council consent.
- The purpose of this application is to advise of this and confirm we can continue without internal shop fit including the completion of the removal of the remnants of the partition wall and associated ceiling repair.
- Changes to the exterior of the building are a separate application..
