• A farming project: Lot 91 is currently vacant bare land.
• It is a route for westerly flows of runoff water during heavy rainfall · some of which collects in a depression at the western end of the block (see attached photo).
• We plan to excavate this low point to create a generously sized swale and plant the entire site with trees and bushes indigenous to the region.
• We also plan to place one or possibly two 20-foot shipping containers on the site for an indefinite period · aligned with the boundary · and with associated groundwork to ensure a tidy look and configuration.
• The containers will be painted COLORBOND 'Manor Red' to match our development planned on the other side of the road in Lot 90.
• We aim to collect water from the roof and store it in an adjacent water butt.
