What's being built
- A commercial project: The commercial kitchen will be used to prepare and produce food items for Rolls On The Run Banh Mi (locate at shop 8 · 262 Curtis Road · Munno Para SA 5115) and its future branches.
- All food items will be prepared and hygienic packed at commercial kitchen (suite C) then storing in the walk-in freezer room located in suite D.
- Mode of transfer foods is using one refrigerated Ute to deliver food items to Rolls On The Run Banh Mi.
- Please note: We will build a new walk-in freezer room in suite D for frozen food (not cool room).
- About planning for suite D: We will not open a restaurant in the future · only build a walk-in freezer & using to storage.
